Clemitis Flower Color or Disease ?

I planted 2 clematis vines on light post. 1 died 2nd is flowering bi colored, I am remembering it being solid blue. Am I wrong or is vine diseased ?

Compare with the variety "Tie Dye" I think this could be what you have...
