Was suppose to move truck so new garage could be delivered, couldnt move frozen in place

At least 1st rip off returned truck put to gather. 2nd once returned in piece I have no way of know if all small parts where returned

You don't have to get it registered if it doesn't run, isn't driven. At least that's what the WV DMV told me.
