Wish I could look at a 4 week old tomato plant & tell what it needed to be healthy.
I've heard people say they let the tomato plant tell them what it needed, but mine won't tell me anything.

I think it's okay too @hdan. Tomatoes do weird things sometimes, I've even seen this on fully grown potted tomato plants occasionally. Sometimes leaf curl is a problem, but not always. And sometimes once planted outside it looks totally normal again. When you transplant you can always strip off those bottom leaves and sink it deeper.

I did cut couple branches off bottoms of each plant. Maybe I did it to soon & stressed them. I think it needed it for air circulation.
I will post another pic of a leaf that looks like a problem but maybe not nothing to worry about.

I doubt it, tomatoes are pretty tough. Tomatoes and pepper plants do funny things when they store carbohydrates - that leaf wierdness in the pic is what that is. Carbo storage. My pepper leaves do that. I think you actually posted a picture of your pepper leaves doing this last year as well? Just some quirks from indoor grown plants, which straighten out once outside. Google 'plant edema in tomato leaves' and you'll get a lot of info turn up. Couple causes, probably a wee bit too much water.

eta: I just read that leaf curl can be tied to the edema as well. If you have a little fan you could turn it on the plants on low and see if things improve if you're worried.

i agree with getting it in the ground when you can is the best for tomatoes. they want to grow. for us that means getting them planted in the ground towards the end of May. that plant you show would be pretty large by then for us. we buy them at the greenhouse and normally they are about 8 - 12 inches tall.

Yes, I do want the tomato plants outside soon, more room outside than inside. Still getting cool weather here. 30's & 40's, 34° lastnight, 29° tonight. Probably another week or so I can move them outside.
