I love to look for shovels, picks, rakes and the such at yard sales! To find a pre-loved tool that has plenty of years of work still in it is a favorite Saturday morning yard-sale-day for me!! But I never, never skimp on the cutters/clippers....never!!! I get those at my local nursery.

Beav- we are harvesting brussels sprouts now. They are a cold weather crop. Our planting dates for them are around Aug-Sept. and they take anywhere from 90-120 days to mature. You may want to check when the best time to plant them would be for your area.
