Thanks everyone for being so patient! It was a long-day of trying to figure out the issue and getting it fixed.

I ended up just pulling it / breaking it apart in the middle, which released it from it's cage. ;)

SUPER sorry for the inconvenience. Our server company said they were doing "upgrades", but when the process was done, everything started going south... and it took a while for them to find / fix the problem. Hopefully everything is good now!

Ya, it's a bit different than before (the company that creates the software made the change recently). The "separate" preview has it's pros and cons for sure.
