Can you point to which page you're referring to on BYC (which hasn't upgraded yet) so we can point you to the same page on the new system? On the old system the smiley box was below the text area, and now it is above it... is that what you mean?

Mary, thanks for the feedback! We've tried to keep things as similar as possible and have made a few changes. Which items specifically feel different / more cluttered now vs. before?

Recently I've had some problems with my ISP's connection to my sites, but when I connect from a different ISP, everything is zippy fast. The Internets are so complicated!!!! :D

We're looking into all the things that might be causing the sites to load slowly for people. We've made a few changes that will hopefully help, but since the site remains fast for some, it's been tricky to track down the items that are user-specific vs. site-wide. If you notice things improving...

Interesting, I'm not able to reproduce that on my computer or phone. What kind of screen (device type and size) are you using? Can you take a screenshot so we can see what you're seeing?

Well... ... that was faster than expected!!! Things will look a little different, but hopefully it will be easy to get a good new feel for things and you'll notice some fun new goodies! ;)

Hmm, sorry you're having this problem. You mentioned "alerts", but do you mean actual "on-site alerts" or email notifications / alerts? What browser / version are you on? Any other users having this problem?

We don't support video uploads directly to TEG (yet), so go ahead and upload to youtube (or a host of other video sites) and then you can embed the videos using the "media" button:
