@Decoy1, Apart from Bis, I know three Polish bush wax beans with Romano pods: Wstęga, Tytania and Mamutina. I also grew the Italian Supernano Giallo, but this bean grew more like a semi runner. I also have seeds of probably the Dutch variety Odir, but I have not grown it yet.

@flowerbug, I didn't mean the general pattern but the color of the swirls. The yellow one doesn't come very often. I have only seen it on your Lemon Slice and that's why I'm so excited. In my free time, I will take a photo comparing both beans.

I don't even have one Grandma Gina's seed yet. I cut the bushes off the roots and left them on poles for now. It's sunny but quite chilly. Maybe this temperature will limit the germination of seeds in the pods. The pods are huge indeed. If I get some good seeds I will try to plant them next...
