2023 Little Easy Bean Network - Beans Beyond The Colors Of A Rainbow

Garrett, My Uzice were prolific, grew very tall with beans covering the full length in my Zone 7B. I've noticed a Uzice pic here on Easy Garden BUT mine are more like this pic below. Mine have more of the black spots. Do your seeds resemble this photo? I know I was sending some of mine through...

2023 Little Easy Bean Network - Beans Beyond The Colors Of A Rainbow

I'm mostly interested in growing out Pole Beans but I will grow out Bush if I love them and they're good growers. If they have blues, reds, pinks, interesting browns, or grays. Spotted, marbled, extra productive ones, then I'm hooked. 😀

Bluejay, I think I may have been looking over this site late last year when I was looking for a particular bean that I wanted to try. I have a couple of acres to play with now but we just purchased some acreage out in the country. I plan on trying to grow many different types of beans. One of...

Heirlooms, Thanks so much! I think I will take you up on your kind offer. I'm hoping to get a good selection of bean colors as i want my (very young) grandchildren to pick up an interest in gardening. I'm not sure how to directly message you on here yet but I could certainly PP you money for...

Such gorgeous beans! I didn't catch the name of the big Stone looking beans and I can't find the Ugandan Bantu for sale in the USA. Any tips on locating either of these?

I had some really good Cushaw squash that I grew organically. Would you like that? Or what veggie?

I'm not familiar with how you do things here. Trades, etc but I've traded many times on NGA. If you can contact me privately we can chat about what seeds you'd like. 😊

Hello from SE Tennessee - zone 7b!

Were your Banana Squash good producers? Someone kindly traded seeds with me & I have them to plant this coming summer. How many squash can I expect from each plant?

Gardening on a budget - Money saving tips

Have you grown Comfrey for a fertilizer? I just got some going this summer but a little late. It's supposed to be an awesome fertilizer and regrow fast. As far as the KNF goes, there's a video online showing how quickly the fertilizer can be "grown". It looks pretty straightforward. You find...

    Baymule’s 2020 Garden

Uhh, I do! I kill squash. 🙋‍♀️😂 I fought off the squash vine borers this year but had very poor pollination so I've purchased some zucchini, crookneck squash, and cucumber seeds that don't require pollination from insects. I'm really wanting to try these soon! I really would like to grow Goji...

What Did You Learn This Garden Season?

This year I learned how much Cushaw squash can grow! Fortunately the placement was good for that but - WOW! I also learned how to hand pollinate & prune my eggplants and have had a pretty good harvest so far. Awesome! I love eggplant. I then discovered how much I love pole beans and found the...
