I watched an auction for 6 Cemani eggs back when they were still new to the US. They went for $800,00. That's more than $100 per egg. Breeding trios went for around $2500 back then, if memory serves. $125 per bird is not bad. Good game cocks go for twice that.

When I was about 8 months pregnant with my son I squatted down in front of the stove to put more sticks in and got stuck. I couldn't get up, no matter how I tried. I called a vastly amused (now ex) DH to help me up and said to him I feel like one of our cows, Umzi, who was due to calve any day...
