Anyone that has or had animals has done that. It’s so easy to trust and get burned. Animals will always be animals. Keep up the training as he will be worth it.

@Zeedman I started several of the orange oxhearts u gave me. Killed half with an organic spray, then moles killed the rest. Yesterday I found a bunch of volunteer plants coming up as I had segregated that variety last year. My lucky day.

When I think of Texas, wet weather does not come to mind.

I get that but trusses up here are 24’ wide. Or hand made 8’ wide buildings. Much cheaper to put up 24’ wide here. Why mynshed is 24’ by 32’-still too small as it’s over flowing. Wife finds things to put in it-even though she has a house with kids gone and a 24’X24’ garage.... Need a garage...

So far, 3 rows of sweet corn, 2-green beans, edible pod peas, tomatoes, peppers-once again way too many-, cabbage, beets, spinach, leaf lettuce, & radishes. 2 small test strips of parsnips. Peas are almost up but beans are slow....
