    Coffee

Yes it is! On our way back from our cabin last week I stopped and bought 25 for $10 which was a descent price. So I've been eating them every day and just love them. I got a message yesterday from a woman here who gave me some last year asking me if I wanted some. You bet I do and these are...

    Artifacts, found in Your Garden

Steve. we found bones last year and it might have been a child's! Well at least that's what we thought at then time. Our house being a small Victorian over 100 years old who knows. Ok, maybe it was a dog's. I kept them for a while but maybe I threw them away now. I'll see if I have a...

What Did You Do In The Garden?

I had my husband take out a small persimmon tree. Though I love persimmons I finally got tired of the squirrels getting every single one of them. This year I tried clam shells on a couple of them but of course you can't possibly put one on every persimmon. Real Estate is just too valuable...

I think I saw one of the pics before. Does it come back from seed or the plant? Do you know the name or variety of it? If you don't your penance is to mail be a couple of plants in an envelope. Mary

    Coffee

Steve. ginger tea can be quite spicy if you make it too strong. I had bought some at a tea shop and it was in very small granular but they stopped selling it. Bought a big bag of dried pieces from Chinatown but I have to cut them up smaller so that the water can infuse them better. It's kind...

    Coffee

With my acid reflux I no longer drink coffee. Now I drink ginger, lavender, or chamomille tea. It has to be hot and I usually microwave it once or twice cause it cools off too much for my tastes. Mary

What Did You Do In The Garden?

Hi Steve, we are having a heat wave! 90* for a few days and today finally to 79*. Been on a jury trial so have neglected my garden. Did manage to prune 3 of my fruit trees one evening when it was cool. But I still have to deadhead most of my perennials. Mary

Can these grow in containers or must be planted?

Sorry I can't answer your question but I saw a post where a commercial blueberry farmer in California planted hundreds of blueberries in 10 gallon pots. Can't think if they were grow bags or buckets. But at least the size helps. He's done it for years. Mary

    Baymule’s Farm

Bay, she's young to be graduating from high school. She seems like a very mature young lady. I said a couple prayers for you over that barn. Glad they were answered and now you have another project! As if you needed more things to do. But I know it's needed and came at the right price...

    Bell Peppers in flowering stage

Well this is interesting. I've never had blooms when I transplanted them into the ground. I do pinch the tops off to encourage branching and bigger harvestand then let them grow a bit more before putting in ground.. Although I only plant jalapenos and shi****o peppers. Mary
