Airplane Food - True Story
Airborne approximately thirty minutes on an outbound evening flight from Dublin, the lead flight attendant for the cabin crew nervously made the following painful announcement..:
"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm so very sorry but it appears that there has been a terrible...
As your stated intent to haul dirt caused me to think about weight carrying capability; I think that tongue looks long and slender, (it won't carry a full load of dirt, especially wet dirt!)
Just something to think about...

There are a couple of woodworking magazines that I would recommend that you research before you take any action... 'WOODSMITH' for one and 'WOOD' is the other; they both have web sites that you can google up..
In my opinion, the bench made of teak is too valuable to take chances with...
Mackay, I've never used the Tattler lids so hesitate to comment on them specifically.
I should have been a bit more attentive; should have known you 'pressure-canned' by your note of using the American canner..

Welcome to TheEasyGarden, MoonShadows,, Jim....
We have members from all over the world here and we're glad to include you in the group..
This greeting is being extended to you by Sam, (Sam BigDeer) who resides in South Alabama / Central Florida...
We look forward to getting to know...
I second Journey's idea, stout metal posts sunk quite deep with hefty metal hinges welded to gate and post..
Although bolted on may prove a better idea should you ever desire to change or have to repair the gates..
