We use Roots Organics (Essential Earth) which Is Humid Acid in our transplant soilless mix plus general organic contains some humic acid in there products.
Your problem could be transfer from your growing medium to the peat pots.
What medium are you using?
Check the medium pH and maybe the water your using also. I wouldn't be surprised if your medium is a bit on the acidic side.
This year we decided to use the General Organics line of nutrients and I must say that we are quite happy with the results that were seeing.

2.5ml Bio Root
