Hi there,
I have broad beans planted and they have lots of flowers.
The flowers seem to open for about a week but then they die off.
The beans are still growing and producing more flowers.
Is it normal for the flowers to die?
Do the beans come after the flowers die?
Thanks,
Fionn.
Today I hung up a length of timber,
With hooks on it in my polytunnel to hang up hanging baskets,
For my strawberries .
I will post a picture of it in a while.

Sweetcorn in Ireland can be hard to grow outdoors.
But I grow mine in the polytunnel so they do great.
In the summer when I leave both doors open to let heat out,
Wind flows though and pollinates the tassels.
Sometimes I just hand pollinate.
It can be planted in doors around now,
And it will be...
I hope it works out well for me,
It's my first year trying this variety.
I will let you know how it gets on.
Goodluck with planting your seeds.
Is root celery also called celeriac?

But it actually dosent originate from here!

Cabbage, cauliflower, radish and leittuce seedlings into my pollytunnel.
The leittuce had a slightly disappointing germination but I will sow some more seeds.

On the weekend I just wake up on my own,
But outside my window I can hear the 7 breeding roosters
Crowing. They are all different breeds and have hens for their breeds.
