Well, the rain didn't hold off, and it's chilly outside. Guess I'll find something else to do.

If it doesn't rain tonight or tomorrow, I'll be back in the garden. I want to plant some more peas and the rest of the onions, maybe even some potatoes. Plus the flower bed needs weeding desperately!

The raised beds aren't dry enough to till fully, (it's a 10x20), but I did manage to get some of the onions in,as well as cabbage, leeks, peas, and beets. I'm bout to go plant the strawberry beds today. Yesterday I planted raspberry bushes and plum trees. Cool weather crops are in the raised beds. Thanks for the warm welcome!

I'm from Haleyville, Alabama. I have a microfarm. So called because it's only an acre and a half. I have chickens, a small stand of fruit trees, a gardens, and hope to add more. Anyone nearby?
