Yesterday, I canned 7-pints of mild salsa for my 2-sons that don't care for really spicy hot food.
I'm up to 82 jars of canned food that I put up the most I've ever canned in a year.
I've canned 8-pints of extra hot salsa a few days ago.
Today I used my steam juicer to juice my homegrown concord grapes and canned 6-quarts of concentrated juice..:ya

For the first time I'm going to do the same..I'm going to grind them into tomato powder and you use as thickener plus add a tomato flavor to my soups and stews..
