    OH MY GOSH! <gag>..... <wretch>

LOL sorry but I have to laugh!! I worked at McDonald's as a teen and saw some gross stuff and participated in some gross stuff (Catching a fly and sticking it in cheese on a cheese burger and wrapping it up and handing it to a customer; dropping a burger and then picking it up and fixing it up...

SO EXCITED!! I'm the new 'landscaper'!!!!!!!

How exciting!! As a landscaper now myself (mostly building patios but also cutting grass, clean up jobs, etc) I see lots of potential! That box concerns me a bit. How stable is the box? It looks like railroad ties form the box. Are they solid or are they rotting and getting soft? Since...

    Crabbet Arabian horse show *pictures*

I didn't even think to make a thread about it before hand. It was at the 4H Airfield in Wakefield. It was not as big of a turnout as I was hoping for but it was still fun. I didn't speak to anyone and no one spoke to me other than a polite hello. Being kind of reserved/shy I'm ok with that...

    Crabbet Arabian horse show *pictures*

I saw a flier about a month ago at the local feed store about this horse show. As an avid Arabian lover I had to go. I marked my calendar and made the drive to a neighboring county. I got there about 30 minutes after the show had started. This lovely young mare was in the ring. As the...

    Post Your Garden Failures Here!

Cucumbers produced very little and then shriveled and died. I over planted tomatoes so half of them rotted on the vine since I couldn't reach them. Bugs are everywhere in my flower beds as is Bermuda grass. I extended my flower beds early this year and the grass has taken it all back. I...

    Puppies will be here soon!!

No puppies yet. I'm getting very impatient. I've been camped out on the couch since Wednesday night waiting. Bj - We spend $75 every 2 weeks in dog food with our current numbers. Of course it will go up once puppies arrive and start to grow. We've had these dogs since 2008 so we've learned...

    Puppies will be here soon!!

Canesisters, all of my dogs like to put on a good show for strangers and some people are intimidated by their size but once introduced properly they are all friendly and sociable. Vito loves everyone and I have one female who is aloof to strangers and it takes her longer to warm up to new people.

    Pictures from this morning

Yea they are a little noisy but I don't mind. I think the benefits greatly out weigh them being noisy. If I lived in town it would be a different story, but since I live in the middle of no where with a few like-minded neighbors . . . I enjoy their antics and being met in the driveway every...

    Pictures from this morning

My guineas are bug patrol. Ticks are a huge problem this year and guinea birds are taking care of that problem. If they manage to hatch out a few babies, great. If not, oh well. Thanks for the complements everyone:)

    Pictures from this morning

It is a beautiful morning at Stony's farm! It almost like fall (mid 60s). I went outside to just check on everyone and saw that my morning glories are finally blooming!! And I have a ton of blooms on my birdhouse gourds and the sunflowers are gorgeous!! Of course the guineas had to come see what...
