This year I am planting Tansy by all of my vining crops. Can`t think of where I read it but it is worth a try. I read something, write it down and forget where it came from.Books and magazines all over the house. Too bad it is time to be outside! Too bad it is snowing!!!!:/
I think back to my Moms garden. Oriental poppies (big and papery) and Peonies. I have some of her poppies finally growing here but can not grow Peonies for the life of me. I plant flowers all over the garden and yard but these are my favs.:bee

When I have garlic in the house that is starting to grow I push them into some soil. They grow fast but I use the greens like scallions. Nice flavor and you can snip them off several times. They peter out and never grow a bulb but they are tasty!

So great to see the little gardening. From the time my children were very small (adults now) they always got seeds in their Easter basket. Carrot seeds of course and veggies and flower seeds they liked. It was great having them in the garden with me, although I ended up doing alot of theirs...

Are you sure! I planted them last year. Grew great..very pretty. Tried them in pancakes..they were vile tasting. The dog wouldn`t eat them and neither would the chickens! Pancakes were great but not the huckleberries.:/
