I have had better days actually. Had some oops breedings with my goats and all the does have delivered. 7 kids born, 5 survived, it gets me down when I lose some.
I did manage to get my garden seeds ordered from Pinetree today.

DH uses the tractor at first then I have a self propelled tiller and after the plants come up I use my mantis. Don't know what I would do with out my tillers.

I posted the same question on HT and got good reply's there also, so I think I will give them a try. They have the size seed packets I like. I don't need a lot of seeds. Still have corn seeds left from the co-op last year and I got the smallest batch they had, and I think it is most likely...
I got my catalog the other and it seems to have everything I wanted to order. Has anyone on here ever ordered from them and if so were you happy with the results.

I harvest mine about July and let it dry then replant in October. It is elephant garlic ( I know that it is not true garlic, but that is the kind of flavor I like).

Each of the daughters got a wicker basket with tomato juice, tomato sauce, green beans, corn, strawberry jam, grape jelly, all from the garden and from the turkey shoot city ham, bacon, and bologna.

Our native lady bugs are red with black spots, the asian lady bug is more of a brownish color. Here is a link that shows the colors of the asian kind.
