Me too!!!

I have just let it be. Its growing, I am just scared because something kept getting my fruit before it was ripe, so we didn't get much of anything last year.

Well I have seen grasshoppers ladybugs and slugs today in my garden so I think it's almost pointless...so many bugs so little plants!

How can I get rid of Slugs?

I have looked and don't see any bugs but how do I treat flea beetle?

Okay something is eating holes in my green bean and they are only about 9 in high! I have the food grade DE but not exactly sure how to use it as a pesticide?

It was a huge clump that I moved at the beginning of the summer last year. Hopefully they will bloom this year, I want to see what they look like, I didn't make it over to see them before she dug them up for me.

Okay I am ready to dig these things up. Still no flowers!!! I planted them last year and still no flowers! I don't know what else to do. The foilage is tall and pretty but I want color. Any advice from anyone?

I water when the soil looks dry and that seemed to work last year.

Could I use food grade or do I need to buy regular also?

I have my first 10 chickens this year and they are great. It's very theraputic for me and the family.

Well mine is very small, I ordered 4 from michigan bulb. I have them in 1 gallon flower pots right now. When they out grow them I will figure out where to put them. Hopefully I can keep them in there this summer so I can take them inside this winter. Maybe they will handle kansas winter...

Well my foilage is tall and weed free but also bloom free, aren't they suppost to bloom yet?

I bought a couple from michigan bulb and I am not sure if this will come up every year or will it die at the end of the season and not come back? I am trying to figure out exactly where I want to put it and I need to know if it's permandent. Thanks

The plants have tripled in size but I don't see any flowers starting yet.

I live in Zone 5 can I plant corn today? It's not freezing anymore... Edited to say: I live in south central kansas if that helps.

Okay what all do you put in a compost pile? How long does it need to set? I have never had one so I don't know too much, anybody have any advice? Do's or don't's?

I use the food grade does that make a difference?

Okay from what I understand you can used DE as sevin. I have food grade for my chickens, so do I need to purchase regular DE for the garden? What are the pros and cons of useing this? Help someone please!

Well it was a lady I babysit for so I am not sure about hers, but thanks for the help. Also I am located in zone 5.
