I hear that enabler tone you've got there Tut... If I do that, my peas might not make it into the house at all. There's only a good sturdy 8 plants out there.

    These are Pansies, right?

Really? There's usually a good amount of them in the cracks outside the pavers on the raised beds, but this year, since we're all about the move, I've been neglecting things outside and they're multiplying like crazy. Matter of factly, I have more of these flowers than bishop's weed!

    Pea Pods!

Are you guys actually eating the pods themselves on your way to the kitchen? I've been partial to tomatoes that way, but never peas.

They look just like Reinbeau's flowers there. I've seen that they're edible for wild salads, is this correct?

    The Official Carrot Thread

I have no idea what kind of carrots I planted, to be honest. But I directly sowed them to the planter box and they all took. Their stems are getting huge... I'll take a picture when I can. Good luck carrot growers!

    These are Pansies, right?

My grandmother and mother call them pansies. I haven't looked them up yet, I've got 5 or 6 different color varieties growing wild in our front flower beds by the bishop's weed.

    I cant kill it.

Oh of course! The new farmhouse is sitting on 1 cleared acre. I want to make a good 1/2 of that a veggie garden... DH is suckering me into a swimming pool, so I guess I can still see my pretty little dandelions scattered around that. But sadly, here in town, the backyard is about 30x30 and...

Bummer, PoultryHelp says "Bishop's Weed may contain toxic levels of nitrates". Guess I shouldn't use it then? :(
