Theirs plenty of information and more on there.
:he I've been having the same problem too recently. I caught 4 already that got in to my bird pen. They seem to have made a hole underneath near my house. I just hope to kill them off and put cement where the holes were. Maybe its the cold weather that drives them in buildings? I think...
Monty,
Wow, in that second picture is that the steam rising from the heated pile of manure? Its already starting to breakdown and heat up.
Looks great! ;)
Looks interesting jack! ;)
I didnt know the leaves of olive trees can be used as a tea, If only I had an olive tree I could try and see how it tastes.
Thats a lot of good benefits to the body just by drinking the tea.
That sounds good vfem! :) I just got back from NC, we really need plenty of rain after the dry summer we had. At least it did rain a few days ago while I was there. Hopefully now in the winter more rain or snow will fall to help the next growing season. It wasn't too cold either maybe we'll...
I spend some time planning the upcoming garden and see what new varieties are being offered. Theirs nothing like grabbing hot coffee or tea and spend time indoors turning pages of garden catalogs, and circling what I see looks good to me. I also try to do other things during the Winter to help...
I have, I ordered a few grapevines from Willis Orchards a few years ago. Boy was I happy with the vines they sent me, they had a lot of good roots that were very long and vigorous. I'm planning on making an order for this Spring with some fruit trees.
I say give them a try you won't be...
Very interesting looking salamander, I didnt know their native to NC, too. Good for you for leaving it back under the soil, its always best to leave them in nature. I wonder if their any similar to a newt?
Thanks for the picture ;)
You have to name the Hurricanes to distinguish them from each other. If you don't name them, how would you know which storm is which. It just makes it simple to give them names. Theirs a reason for everything.
Happy Anniversary to Southern Gardener, too!!! :happy_flower :happy_flower :happy_flower :rose :rainbow-sun
