I admit, I haven't pressure canned with mine yet, but have done a lot of water bath canning in it.
Gotta work up the nerve still to do the whole pressure canning thing.
Thanks for the input! Lots to do still on the blog, but its a start.
I will be busy, busy, busy these next few months. March through June is make or break here in Southern California. July, August and even September can be so darn hot, that the plants gasp for heat relief.

I used to do a lot of 4-wheeing in Last Chance Canyon/Nightmare Gulch in the Red Rock Canyon State Park, and further East in Death valley and Afton canyon/Mojave Road. Love that high desert area of California.
