I have lots and lots of little black gnat-like things on my houseplants...they seem to mostly be in the soil and around the pot of the plants. I've seen them go under the soil, they don't fly much but have wings. Alcohol seems to kill them right away...does anyone know what these could be? The...

I just bought a little baby rosemary plant at the store and had a couple questions...first, are the stems edible? Second...do you have to trim the tips to keep it bushy as you do with other herbs? And third, will it do ok in a medium sized pot & how tall would it grow in one? Thanks in advance! :bun

Hi everyone! I'm kind of new here (joined 2nd of July, been lurking since then:rolleyes: ). I live in CO, zone 4, so I can't really grow much outside...:( But I grow some various herbs and decorative plants indoors. This seems like a very nice forum, and I'm glad to be a member!
