DH has had heart issues, tries to exercise but I don't think he EVER did any stretching. I started to stretch him, on the bed, a very safe place. I use some of same stretching that I learned when studying dance (although I am NO real dancer.) This is what I do to stretch him 2x/day now:
1) bending toes as far as they will go
2) flex toes, straight leg
5 reps
3) stretch legs out to the side and up
2x each
4) pull knee over to the opposite side, keeping shoulders flat
2x each
roll over on stomach
5) bend foot back as far as it will go
5x each
6) he does a push up upper body away from the bed, 5x, holding 5 full seconds each
He is swearing that though it really hurts he can walk a whole lot better.

i'm glad you are pain free! it's strange...

chiropractor helped me beyond what my massage therapist could do and my massage therapist is pretty intense.

just that i was so twisted in the lower back/hip that it took several months to get it back around again.

i get a massage once a month now and it always helps me feel better. the chiropractor i see when i feel my back starting to want to twist out again. maybe two or three times a year. i've not been needing to go back when i keep digging, that seems to use the right muscles. :)

Cat have tried many chiropractors none work as well as her. She emailed me she not taking on new clients :barnie but will work on my neck each time she brings dog in every 4 weeks.
I do a lot of barter with my daylilies. My house keeper selects a thousand dollars worth of plants and cleans my house for free. My massage therapist friend and I do the same. Maybe your client will squeeze you in for the same.

When they can't take new clients you know they are special. My chiropractor hasn't taken a new patient inn 20 years. I made apointments a year in advance so I can get in monthly.

If she's the one bringing the dog in, can't you have a session with her while she's waiting? And I mean longer than 10 minutes, however long she makes them.
