it is when you have a little extra money things break down. Was told something called relay needed to be replace. plumper unfrozen pipes, fixed broken pipe replace 2 thermasat with new ones I bought and replaced relay $475 on a Sunday . I was very happy with price thinking it would be a lot more.

In the middle a good client came in, he paid me in cash and I joked in one hand right over to plumper. The client then whispered to me " you need any money" The really good people here do out number the rude ones.

WOW @Nyboy sometimes when it rains it pours. As I started to read this tread you said nephew was bringing a blow torch! (My mind instantly went to him starting place on fire with it! ) Oh - no. Then I saw Pipes Burst. *sigh* So glad all was fixed for less than you'd imagined. We did get frozen water to Kitchen sink but was able to thaw with room heater and fans, no broken pipes. Being very careful now. Hope you cold spell is over and the fix is good for years to come. HUGS
