Anyone ever have Mountain Spring tomatoes?

I just got a whole flat from a friend of mine. I've never had Mountain Spring tomatoes is anyone familiar with this variety?

It's a mid-season hybrid (about 65 days to maturity) globe fruits smooth. They are pretty productive tomatoes that produce 8-10 ounce fruits. It's very similar to the Celebrity hybrid but doesn't have as good a resistance to disease. They are determinate vines.
