Anyone know how to reproduce a Eucalyptus tree?

What type of eucalyptus? The ones I am familiar with, that grow all over California, grow easily from seed.

I have not been successfull with seed, click on the link in my previous post, and you will find about a dozen pictures of the tree, with some closeups of the flower buds.
