Does anyone use water beads? They are bio-nutrient beads for plants. You soak them for 8 hours, then clean the roots of till there is no soil on them, then submerge the roots into them. Or you could just gat a bare root plant and that would save you a lot of trouble, lol

I use them with my bamboo.
I have a 5 gal bucket full of them but don't ever find a good way to use them.
They're kinda pricey when you buy them by the packet.
Mine were given to me after being used in wedding table decorations.

I have some I bought on Amazon just for the kids to play with. I didn't realize they had any nutrient value, but I suppose they'd be good for rooting starts or for filling flower vases anyway.

Does the container say what they are made of? Probably corn? Are they dryable and reusable? I have seen them, or something similar, for sale, but didn't know they had any nutritive value to the plants. Pretty.

It dosent, and when the break they are like gelatin, and if you spray them with water they get smaller for storage, so you don't have to water the plant!
