Thanks, vfem! I have signed so many petitions and sent so many letters, I won't be surprised by a knock at my door late at night! If you don't hear from me for a few days, you'll know I'm buried under the GMO alfalfa!

"After conducting a thorough and transparent examination of alfalfa through a multi-alternative environmental impact statement (EIS) and several public comment opportunities, APHIS has determined that Roundup Ready alfalfa is as safe as traditionally bred alfalfa," Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said.
Is so so funny. You would think the Ag secretary would have someone proof read his releases..........

We were very unhappy to hear about GMO alfalfa. That could potentially ruin the grass-fed and pastured meat industry that so many smaller farmers have turned too. Not to mention comsumers who are trying to get away from GMO-fed meats.

 @ Hoodat
