Amazing how tough those delicate little things can be isn't it?

BJ, what breeds are they again? Love the white wing tips on that one.

canesisters, the red ones w/white on the tips is a rather unknown for me. I bought them as buff orpington when they were just yellow balls of fluff. they are either red sex link or rir. I think red sex link. the white ones w/black tips are Delaware, the black ones are silver laced Wyandotte. there is one buff orpington in the group.

I vote for red sexlink. I'll post some pics of mine. They look exactly like that.

Yeah, those are some sex-links.... golden comets, red star, whatever they call them! lol

I love your little silver laced wyandotte, I love that pattern!

I thought red sex link until I started seeing the boys raise their hackles every time they turned around. then, because of the attitude, I started thinking rhode island red. i'm glad to know what they are.

My reds are all female and are the sweetest of the bunch. Cinnamon is the friendliest, Nutmeg comes in a very close second and Ginger is still pretty quiet and shy. She will eat from DWs hand, but won't hop up on her. The ambers are all pretty calm natured too, but more prone to pecking. The 'lorps are the most rambunctious. They will hand feed, but will not tolerate being handled.
