This sub-forum seemed lile the most appropriate place for this

We're moving next week, which means we had a lot of prep work in order to get to this point, namely putting things in storage to make the house more appealing.

Well, one of the things I had in a dark corner of my basement were some banana trees I was overwintering, which of course had to move to storage. Which also meant I couldn't spray them on a regular basis to keep them happy. This means that when I finally went to go pull them out of storage to pot and get ready to actually move some of them were very reluctant or unable to come back to life. One of those I just happened to throw in the ground, hoping it would jump back to life and lo and behold a few little pups popped out from the root system. Hooray! I'll be digging those and some volunteer tomato plants up today :)

How many made it through the move and leafed out? Next summer show us a pic with them in full leaf. I love banana plants.
