I have plants coming up!
In this tub I planted parsley, oregano and thyme. I have tiny green dots.

I planted medicinal strain calendulas in this tub. Lots coming up, will probably transplant some to somewhere else.

I planted a dozen Anasazi sweet corn, old seed, in this tub. Only a few came up. Trying to replenish the seed.

This is buttercup winter squash.

A neighbor gave me 4 tomato plants. I planted beets around them.

So that is my garden. It isn’t much, but at least I’m growing something. I’m looking forward to a ripe tomato.
Catalpa worms have attacked, I thought they only ate Catalpa leaves? I don’t have a Catalpa tree, but I have the worms.
Those tubs look prefect for container gardening. We have a Catalpa but have never seen Catalpa worms!

I stumbled across a live leach in the yard today. No where near the pond, makes me wonder why it was there? Probably one of those crane birds dropped it, It was a big leach. Anyways, I let it attach to my finger and took it to the pond. As soon as it hit the water, a fish got it. I'm always looking down while on a walk about, for snakes.
