These were pretty hard to start- had to plant the seeds and then refrigerate for 7 days, but I really like them. I was expecting them to get a little taller, but they were shaded by some unruly borage (which have now been removed!)

really hard to handle in a bouquet. But,

Oh, I haven't tried to pick them- I didn't know they had thorns!! Thanks for the heads up! Thistle, I don't know why the seed packet said that- but it did- and I did! Got them from Seed Savers...
