Coming along! Now we just have to start wishing for a late frost- to make up for our awful spring!

I love the perspective on your photos. Talk about bugs-eye view! :D

My garden looks a lot like yours right now (except for the onions, since the raised bed let me get them in sooner). I still have asst. squash and melons to plant, a few things here and there.

But you know what, I did find one or two advantages to putting the garden in a little later this year. Now that it went straight to HOT, by tilling later, the weeds have not overcome me as easily as they did last year. And my veggies seem to be growing very fast and trying to catch up. My tomatoes and peppers particularly are loving this weather.

Beautiful dark soil. I'm only used to red soil around here.

Very nice!
Our soil is actually terribly clumpy and grey this year, but thank you!

Normally there are no clumps ever, its like black velvet. I think its because we went from soaked to hot in a day or two and it caused a hard crust... I've been praying for a good soaking rain just once so I can go out afterward and break things up.

I like to lay on my tummy to look at them, so I take pics that way too... I'm wierd and maybe love my baby plants a bit too much...

I have a lot of other stuff but the pics didn't take as well, or I ran out of time b/c DH came in from spraying corn (have a i mentioned how I loathe his GMO farming and application of round up?) and it was time to go camping.
