I'm not sure what they mean by "under control". No longer spreading? Wiped out?

I hope they are right. They are normally better at controlling these things than we often expect, but this one did get big. Probably because it was spread by migrating wild birds and broke out when they were migrating. If they can stop it before fall migration starts that would be good.
