Already: I have started it in the greenhouse and moved it into the hoop house. Started it in the hoop house and moved it outdoors. Started it in the outdoor garden. Friday, I thinned and moved the bok choy for better spacing.

It grows so quickly, sowing bok choy seed now should work. Then, don't forget to sow seed again in August, GWR.

Of course, all bets are off if we have record June heat again this year.

I did not get bok-choy started. Can you start it outside from seeds? Would I be better off starting some plants and putting out later?
Yes you can when I start it outside will usually Over seed it (tiny little burgers) and then once they have their 2-3 set of leafs will transplant them into nice straight rows
