I have them going and they seem ok BUT I left most of the leaves on the cuttings. Should I have removed them? The leaves do sho some damage from stress but in general look OK....

I would remove all but a few at the top!
Put the plant in a plastic bag to keep up the humidity.
If you do not succeed at first, try, try again.
Even a good gardener kills plants. The trick is to keep making more, no one will ever notice!
