I enjoyed my first harvest this year, broccoli raab. I sauteed it with olive oil, garlic, salt and a little pepper it was soooo good :drool :drool wish i had more. I think when harvesting broccoli raab it grows back everytime to harvest.
I might have my next harvest soon.

this has become one of my favorite greens it is good to see other folks enjoy it ..just when I think it is done there is more :)

I was eating it until December last year and could have eaten it longer I bet but had some in the freezer that was easier to grab

I love to really slow cook it down in lots of good flavored Italian olive oil then add it to my pasta sauce recipe

those rich oily greens with lots of garlic in a nice fresh marinara ...to die for!!!

the first time I tried it I did not like it but I think it was just old leaves cooked badly..I know better now

it is a treasure!

Yep it sure is good. I have a few of the florets blooming i'm trying my best to pick them before they start blooming. I dont want all that energy to go to the flowers blooming and setting seed.
