Wow, Cat! Those heads look great! How long have they been growing in your garden? My plants look good, but they are a long way from producing...

My broccoli didn't grow well this year! I think it's the soil in the new garden extension. Clipping the buds, more fertilizer with a hilling of the plants seems to have helped some of them.

You might try dragging some soil over the feet of your DGS, Cat'. It helps with holding them upright and controlled growth, out there in the garden.
