I eat Brussels Sprouts about once a week. They are not a favorite of mine, but they taste healthy. I discovered a really fun way to eat them this week! Very tasty! You slice them thinly and make them have the texture of coleslaw. Then add some cranberries, some apple slices, slivered almonds, and some sunflower seeds. Top this fresh salad with a sweet vinegarette dressing that has honey in it! Enjoy!
