There you go . . . Congratulations!!

I was just telling DW that we need to explore other means to be using the "spaghetti" sauce that we are making. This is the 3rd double kettle batch we've made in as many weeks.

Just the many varieties of pasta should help with the tedium of having about 7 gallons to go thru . . . so far. Certainly I'm prepared to put it on meat (especially chicken) but there are casserole recipes to be explored :p!

we are slowly filling our freezer and shelves in the cellar...

that tomato sauce is going to be a big hit in the middle of winter when you really need the taste of a fresh tomato...:happy_flower

Should I be alarmed by this behavior? My friends are beginning to wonder about me! My favorite thing to do is can!
