For some reason I became very congested in my bedroom. No where in rest of house does this happen. I have a very powerful air purifier and had room checked for mold. Nothing helps. At the foot of my bed is a cedar lined blanket chest. I am now wondering if I am allergic to cedar!!!! Will remove chest and see if I still became congested. I never would have thought about chest till you posted about your allergy

Get an adjustable bed and you won't have to sleep laying flat.

Around here CL has them free all the time. I think people buy them to use as at home hospital beds.
