~ CITRUS ~ Information on the many varieties & how they taste...!

I treasure the following article on the varieties of Citrus because I have been thoroughly confused on the subject over the years as most of the info on them comes from botanists or gardeners & I want to know how they taste & how to cook with them.....being the greedy person that I am.....!!! However I am quite lucky to live near Oxford in the UK where the famous old University of Oxford Botanical Gardens have a collection of potted citrus plants which they display in their Victorian-style conservatory in the late summer.

Neat articles! I've never heard or seen some of those fruit! That one citron looked like a chickens foot.
