I will number my questions since I have several of them.
1. When should I fertilize my citrus trees/bushes? I have grapefruit, oranges, kumquats, and possibly lemons. The only two trees that have produced fruit in the past two years are the kumquat and grapefruit trees.

3. When should I start seeing flowering on my citrus trees/bushes in Central Florida?
4. When is best to transplant an established kumquat bush? I have one that is in a bad place in my yard and I want to move it.
