Clematis Blooming Again

I bought this Clematis plant last year at Trader Joe's. I moved it last fall. It bloomed in December. And is putting out new growth and flowers again. I do hope it will bloom all summer....

I buy the potted Basil plants at Trader Joe's. There are 5 or 6 plants per pot, I transplant them in the garden and they produce nicely all season.

For some reason I can't seem to be able to grow basil. So I just buy the plant at Trader Joes. They are always so healthy and with big beautiful leaves. One plant lasts me a long time.

We have a clematis out front that came with the house. It sure is a survivor, since it hardly gets any water.

I have three planted under the eaves to the west of the house. Very little rain for them either. Once they get established, I think they are pretty durn'd hearty.
