Controlling Urge to Deadhead

While talking to me, a client reached over and pulled a flower off a orchid I had on my desk. I don't think she even relized what she did,I thought lets have fun with this. I looked at her shocked and said did you just vandalize my flower in front of me? She didn't know what to say , she was still holding the flower.She was so embrassed and tryed to explane about deadheading to me. I started laughing and said I was teasing her. Have you ever deadheaded someone elses flowers?

Yes, I have. Never on an orchid on someone's desk, but I do tend to 'tidy up' flowers. I pull weeds in other people's gardens as well.
