Cotton Seed

Hey you all, does anyone still seed swap here? I have not logged in for SO long but I was curious! I'm looking for some heirloom cotton if possible to grow a very small patch for birds to use as nesting material. I finally ran out. Last I heard from extension office as long as I had a very small patch and it wasn't for commercial use, all was good on my end.
