Could I pot each individual Lily bulb now and then, once weather is nice, plant outside?
There's roughly two months before the last frost, but idk if that matters with bulbs or not...
Or would that be a dim thing to do?
If you can't tell, I'm itching to plant stuff!!! I can not wait for spring to get it's butt here!!

Lilies! Oriental lilies are pretty tough little gals! Ya know, once folks started planting their food, lilies came next to be planted just because they look good. One of the earliest ornamental plants humans grew. Just cuz it's pretty.

Some of those tender looking oriental lilies survive in the ground in Montana.

Go ahead plant some outside already, and pot some of them up too. We used a good sized pot, like a 14 inch wide one, and put like 5 bulbs in it spread out.

We have some wild ones that grow near here! Scarlet orange with brown dots, petals curved way back...

We went ahead and filled 27 bags with soil, plopped in a bulb each and topped off with some more soil and some water. It was fun!

Do you have drainage in the plastic bags? Beware of rot, I would keep them cool so they grow slowly, and I guess fertilize them. You don't want leggy plants. When you plant them outside make sure they are at the recommended depth.

the words i typed below i typed thinking i was in the topic about sprouting lemon seeds!

Cat, if like in the video, they should only be in the moist paper towels in the baggies until they turn green and begin growing, a week or so. Looked a lot like that part of it is the same as say sprouting tomato seeds in baggies with paper towels that are moist and carefully folded.
