Hello just wondering what type of cover crops us Florida people should use. Is there anyone in Florida that uses a cover crop for the winter or a green manure crop. Please let me know what type of crop you use. I am getting started in gardening and need to find out all the tricks to grow better in Florida.

Thanks,
RIrs

I am too far away from you, to be of any help- Sorry! I have planted winter wheat, and have just ordered clover...
Do you have a cooperative extension, that you could contact? I would bet that you could grow, cold weather crops most of the winter. What about brussels sprouts, broccoli, swiss chard, etc.
